Cima Collina crafts artisan wines from hand-selected fruit grown on small Monterey County vineyards. Combining Winemaker Annette Hoff Danzer’s passion and experience with a regional viticultural paradise, the winery has been producing exceptional, small lot wines since 2004. With its home vineyard inspiration in the historic Carmel Valley, deep commitment to local Monterey County vines and insistence on the right people and partnerships behind true artisan winemaking, Cima Collina proudly offers daily tastings in its historic Carmel Valley tasting room.
Cima Collina’s historic tasting room is open daily. Its charming outdoor patio invites guests to linger and enjoy rustic Carmel Valley under a beautiful canopy of native oaks. Perfect for picnics, small dinner events or a simple afternoon of savoring wine.
Each food-friendly current release wine reflects Winemaker Annette Hoff Danzer’s commitment to authentic artisan winemaking, with dedicated growers, carefully chosen fruit and the creation of wine on a barrel-to-barrel basis.
For those interested in a more exclusive tasting, reserved table tastings are available by advance reservation, and offered daily at the historic tasting room. Cima Collina also welcomes groups of various sizes and offers several options for personalizing your visit.
Originally built in the late 1800’s as part of the historic Del Monte Dairy, much of the Cima Collina tasting room’s original architectural details are still in place today. The carefully renovated building also once served as Carmel’s first Post Office.
