Founded in 1968 on the “sunny side” of Carmel, CVAC (originally known as Carmel Valley Racquet Club) has prided itself on its active community of members. As the times and trends have changed, so has the club, transforming from a tennis-focused facility to the diverse and community driven athletic club that you see today. CVAC has expanded their offerings from strength & cardio equipment, swimming and tennis to include over 80 group exercise classes each week, private and group Pilates instruction, and preferred member pricing to Refuge, an award-winning relaxation spa which is adjacent to the club.

In addition to their physical fitness line up, the CVAC calendar is filled with tennis mixers, weekend drop-in tennis, holiday parties, health seminars, fitness challenges, and youth programs for kids and tweens.
