Since 1982, Morgan Winery has been synonymous with artisan wines from the Santa Lucia Highlands and Monterey County. Taste Morgan brings this family-owned winery’s craft to life, offering its latest varietals and vintages – some available only at the source. Its location in the Crossroads Carmel provides visitors to Taste Morgan many amenities within walking distance: additional tasting rooms, delightful restaurants and unique shops – all with plenty of free parking.
In 1982, Dan and Donna Lee opened the doors of Morgan Winery. Dan and Donna invested in their belief in the Highlands with the purchase of the Double L Vineyard in 1996. Today the Double L is one of the best known vineyards in California.
Named the Double L (Double Luck, in honor of twin daughters), this vineyard is one of the most famed winegrowing properties in California. A living laboratory, the organically certified Double L Vineyard boasts 20 different clones on 8 different rootstocks.
At Taste Morgan, you can sample the latest vintages, many of which are only available “at the source.” Taste Morgan also boasts a unique collection of wine-oriented gifts.
