Rombi’s Carmel Valley Vineyard is located atop the ridge line at an elevation of 1650 feet. There it captures the cooling marine influences nightly and the well-drained rocky soil creates balanced vines with limited yields of superior fruit that produce exceptional wine. Winemaker Salvatore Rombi personally ‘hand tends’ his 1 1/3 acres vineyard with sustainable practices.

Come meet Sal at the tasting room Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 6pm. He’s a great local guy with stories galore! For the many who know Sal they would all agree that he has found his passion and has gone ‘all in’ in developing one of the finest wines the valley has produced. Taste his limited production Rombi Estate Grown Carmel Valley Vineyard Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. He produces just over 100 cases per year, only sells directly and each vintage released has sold out.
